It was my birthday last month, so a self-portrait seems fitting. Note the new signature.
CYBER LEAGUE BASEBALL
I launched Cyber League Baseball last month. if you have not read it yet, please read the first two episodes and let me know what you think!
I visited my local comic shop, Infinite Realities in Tucker, GA, and got to meet some fans and show off some of the original art. I did a raffle for this piece of art, and the winner is…. Alejandro B.
Shoot me an email reply with your mailing address and I’ll send you that original art asap.
COLORING
I am coloring two books right now and am going to be sharing some process work on my Patreon, but here is a robot I colored for Jake Parker’s new robot book.
NEW VIDEO
Directors Commentary for episodes 1-2 of Cyber League Baseball. You can watch a preview on my YouTube or become a Patreon member for the full video.
The comic is still free! You can read it here!
BEAVER BOOK
I am working on a children’s book with beaver characters! I have a meeting with the writer this morning, and after we have squared away a few things I will be sharing some process work on my Patreon.
COMIC CONS!
Con season is upon us! Here is my current schedule for 2024:

May 4: FCBD at Infinite Realities Tucker, GA
May 24-27: MomoCon Atlanta, GA

I hope to add a few more after DragonCon. If you plan to be at any of these shows and would like a commission, please email me your request early. It helps me use my time best at the show, and it also ensures you get the best commission possible because I’m not as pressed for time. Here is a commission I am working on for HeroesCon:
WATCH: Wonka
This was the best family movie I have seen in a long time. It is based on the whimsical worlds of Roald Dhal. It’s fairly predictable, but in a charming way that feels safe and fun as opposed to dull and mundane.
LISTEN: Islander
I found this musical by accident on Spotify. It is a charming acapella story about a group of islanders on the remote island of Kinnen. The musical features only two performers who play multiple roles. Truly impressive and lovely to hear.
READ: Blake Crouch
Crouch is a modern Sci-Fi author and I recently listened to his book Recursion. I know that this is the read section, but I have a lot of coloring to do, and podcasts are starting to bore me. I haven’t read the Pines series yet, but I did enjoy Dark Matter and Upgrade standalone novels as well. Crouch consistently writes himself into a corner that keeps me on edge as I wonder how he is going to solve the puzzle. I think his work is akin to Ray Bradbury and Michael Crichton.
PLAY: Skull King
I got this game for my birthday. It is a simple trick-taking card game like hearts. The game grows as it progresses, so it is easy to learn and fun to play. I highly recommend this to any game group of 4+ players.
My philosophical rant is on Patreon at all levels of membership. Here is a taste:
Subtitles Help to Understand Accents.
I won’t argue with this reason too much, except for
this scenethe whole movie: Snatch. The accent is meant to be confusing. And for all the people saying that they’re watching Great British Baking Show, come off it, love, just enjoy the baking, what they’re saying isn’t really important.
